BIM (Building information management)
NEXUS ANALYTICA builds the project virtually, eliminating design clashes among the various disciplines. Once the model is clash-free, we can extract quantities, shop drawings, product specifications, assist in online procurement and enrich the model with as-built information for Facilities Management (FM) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) applications.
REPORTING
NEXUS ANALYTICA reports to senior management on projects via a dashboard. The dashboard is web-based, interactive; NEXUS updates the information as required and reports on elements and tasks as per the client's requirement. Sites can be accessed on the dashboard through a sophisticated camera which allows the senior manager to navigate through the site.
PROJECT-HUB
NEXUS animates the design through a project-hub environment. The detailed animation reflects the design intent and integrity. Any design changes during construction will be reflected in a 3D environment.
Digital Planning and Sequencing
NEXUS animates the timeline of the project to show milestones, clashes, and to highlight sequence deficiencies. It allows stakeholders to view the project planning in a 3D environment, linking project data to the animation: cost and time (planned vs. as-built).
Engineering Validation
NEXUS provides third party design audit and review for Structure, Architecture, MEP, Facades and Civil.
